It's a classic bait-and-switch trick for the internet. Taking advantage of people's willingness to click on a link people say is really awesome. Basically, instead of anything they expect, you use this.

Also, it's majorly dated. Still, nobody expects it of a fossil who can't be bothered to take a selfie.

Is it being recognized or showing your face that's the problem? Just asking because I had a best friend back home who couldn't even tell us his name out of costume for ages because his boss was a stickler.
