Statistically speaking it's possible, but considering the lack of success in actually encountering any of the phenomena on this planet, it seems improbable.

I personally think those are a little more likely, actually. But it doesn't mean you're in any danger.

No, too big. A pillow's easier to drop if it turns out the floor is actually lava. Blanket risks getting the fire into the bed.
